10X DNA Loading Buffer is used to facilitate the loading of DNA markers and samples into the wells of horizontal/vertical agarose or polyacrylamide gels. Two dyes (bromophenol blue & xylene cyanol) are incorporated in this buffer for simple visual tracking of DNA migration during electrophoretic progress.
