Ordering date changes for the holiday period 2021/22
The holiday period will soon be upon us! This means our ordering dates for non-stock items will change slightly during this time.
To assist in your planning, below is a list of last ordering dates and our office closure. We wouldn’t want you to miss a cut-off date for ordering! Our popular products are kept in stock and will be available from our warehouse for next day deliveries. There is a possibility of additional shipping constraints caused by COVID-19.
Last ordering dates for non-stock items:
22 November 2021
You can continue to place orders after this date, and we will place orders in the new year. Towards the end of year holiday season, international shipping schedules tend to become less reliable and therefore our concern is to ensure safe delivery of your products at this busy time and before our annual closure.
Our orders to our international suppliers will resume on 5 January 2022.
The last delivery date for Cape Town orders will be 21 December 2021.
The last dispatch date for National orders:
- Perishable products: 14 December 2021 (ship) and 15 December 2021 (delivery) – Major Centers Only – excludes outlying areas
- Non-perishable: 17 December 2021
First dispatch date in the new year: 3 January 2022
24 December 2021 – opens 3 January 2022

We wish you a safe and happy holiday season.
