Bright Stars Safe Home
A project very close to our hearts…
Our ongoing Social Responsibility project is assisting and supporting Bright Stars Safe Home.
The Whitehead Scientific team have been involved in supporting the Bright Stars safe home for children since 2010. We regularly donate food, clothing, toys, books, etc, to these amazing children in need. Above that we contribute towards the monthly running expenses of this special place.
About Bright Stars Safe Home
Bright Stars Safe Home is a community based NPO located in Kraaifontein, in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town.
Bright Stars is a heart-warming home to approx. 15 children between the ages of 8 months to 12 years old. Many of the children who live here come from homes where drug and alcohol abuse is rife and parents are unable to care for their children. Bright Stars provides a loving family environment where these children can be enriched, loved and cared for.
