This nucleic acid extraction system greatly shortens the manual operation time, reduce human error, and can be applied to PCR-based downstream detection such as PCR / qPCR / HLA-typing / Next Generation Sequencing (NGS), assisting in the detection of genetic diseases, retrovirus detection, and organ or bone marrow transplantation matching.
